Our boy is getting some meat on his bones!

Sam is starting to coo. I love listening to his stories--they're the best!

Many Firsts!

Sam rolled over for the first time from his tummy to his back at 4 weeks! I know, I was impressed too...
I thought it was a fluke, but he has done it several times
since.

Sam's first "play-date"! We went over to my friend Amy's house, and he and her four month old, Kai, had fun playing together. It was neat for me to watch Kai and think about all that Sam will be doing in a couple of months.



Kai has already learned to share... He was trying to give Sam his thumb.


Cradle cap attack...Look at this greasy head! I had to put Vitamin A & D all over Sam's forehead to help him with the cradle cap that was on his face. The top of his head is now pretty bad--he looks like he has a lot of dandruff.

This is the first time Sam really enjoyed being on his play mat (what are these things called?). Before, he would cry, but now he actually looks at everything and even tries to reach for the toys hanging down.

This is the first time Sam lasted more than two minutes in his swing. I think he is now big enough to sit comfortably in it. If you look close enough, he has started making bubbles--it's quite funny.

Katie and Abigail Rafferty were over visiting for their Dad's birthday. All of sudden, Katie leaned in for a kiss, and then Abigail did the same.
